Hi guys! Long time no see most of you. For some, I see you on a regular basis (those in my English classes and those whom I brush past on a daily basis) and I am glad you seem to be coping well and having fun. For the rest, how have you been?

It is the start of a new year and the start of your last two years in ZH. This can only mean one thing -- time to buckle down to work since everything that is being taught will appear for your 'O' Levels. Although I am sad that I did not manage to follow you guys up to Sec 3 as a form teacher, I am somewhat consoled that I still manage to see some of you, and it makes me happy to see you in the hallways and chitchat a bit.

What can I say -- I miss the old class, and the drive and unity we had. Let's not forget that. To a great 2009! :)

It's like gonna end in 4 or 5 days. And my damn flight is on 2nd of jan which is school opening.

Hello!! Chelvin here. This is my attempt to revive the class blog/ cheer everyone up after being reminded that they have homework to do o.0. Ok, I'll start with the class chalet.

The bbq on the first night of the 1st chalet was.. not successful. Only succeeded on the second night. It was raining/drizzling and we carried an umbrella. The chalet opposite of us also having bbq and they copied us. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT!!
Therefore, we came up with this theory that bbqs don't succeed on the first night.

Ok, 2nd chalet. Unlike the 1st one, we had TWO bbqs. Attempted to start fire at 6pm on the first day. Attempted till the sky turned dark. BUT. WE SUCCEEDED. That's right, we changed the course of history, and dispersed the dumb theory. Second bbq was, needless to say, UBER SUCCESSFUL. Thanks to Tiffany Chan's 1337 charcoal, we started the fire in less then 5 minutes. With 2 firestarters.

Girls went to eat new york x 2, but the boys know it would cost a shitload, so walk to the directory and see what else can eat. I suggested fish and co., cause I thought it was cheap. Yeah, well... I was wrong. SORRY GUYS!! Didn't know it wasn't.. um.. "less than ten dollars". After all, the last time I went there was... last year?

Wow, this is the 154th post!
You know what this shows? This shows that you guys are amazing and you all have contributed so much and I'm bloody proud of you :-)
So, school ended already. We have been through quite alot, right? I think what we are today is all thanks to Miss Ling because she has always been tolerating with our nonsense all the time. Miss Ling I'm sure you will never forget us and our bullshit, because we will also never forget you and your catshit. Nah, just kidding, you're not full of shit at all, at least to us.
Last year was just chaos. Class wars and alot of grudges. So many cliques, so many bitching about each other! but look at us today and it's just.. woah, alot has changed. Even though we still do have our own group of friends we often hang out with, but we're alot more united than last year. I think all of us deserves a pat on the back and one more handmade cookie from Tiffany Chan. Haha. (Btw thank you Tiffany, your cookie was awesome.)
I know last year I was this boring councillor that could get quite on your nerves doing the "SHHH!" thing so please forgive me, at that time I was just so tensed up. Sorry again! :-) I know how irritating it is because sometimes when I hear *ahemahem from another class *ahemahemE6ahem do that "SHHH!" thing I really wanna smack him/her. Lol.
I want to take this opportunity to announce my undying love for HEIDI here! (Lol Heidi I know you're gonna kill me) She's really an awesome person and you guys who call her quiet girl, YOU DONT KNOW HER! Hahaha because she's wild, and I am serious :-) So thank you for always tolerating me and my nonsense and being there for me when I need you. (I know this is what you always hear but I MEAN IT) (-:

hi guys. at this blog title you might be thinking, who is the LZB? well, it is none other than your FORM CHEECHER the Ling.

Imagine my shock and surprise when I got home, all worn out and tired from guides camp, to see the many poems that you guys posted in my absence. I must say it is a very very very pleasant surprise for me, and the satisfaction is doubled when I teach you Lit and you guys are writing poems and stuff!

As I read, and re-read, and re-read all the posts, I really felt like crying (whether I did or not is inconsequential hor). After one and a half years together, I really think 2E5 '08, you guys have definitely grown so much, as individuals and as a class. It has been an honour to have taught each and every one of you.

When I first stepped into 1E5 '07, I admit it was such a headache to take your class. You guys were endlessly noisy, there were so many cliques who didn't get along and class wars were a daily affair, and I was calling so many parents it was insane. Seeing you so many periods in a week made me despair because I really didn't know how to capture your attention. Remember how I was teaching you guys CE, EL and Lit? Yup, last year we shared so many periods together!

But slowly, I got to know all of you better and the class dynamics improved steadily. Sharing my stories with you, and getting to hear YOUR stories in return, made our relationships increasingly better. You guys are seriously the best audience I'll ever have. A simple story about my weekend makes all of us super happy! I love telling you guys snippets of my life and now that we are no longer together, I wonder who will want to listen to my old grandmother stories.

Guys, I have seen each and everyone of you grow. From childish squabbling noisy bickering 13 year olds, you have grown into considerate, (more) mature, helpful and caring people. This is what is important to me. Not your results, but for you to be GOOD PEOPLE. I'm sure after having spent so much time with me, you know what I want for all of you and I know that you will all strive to be better people.

This year, especially during the EOY examinations, I really see you guys studying your brains out and I know that you know your teachers have been trying their best to see you through the last lap. Thank you for making our lives that much easier. Remember always to love those that love you, and that all the rest that don't love you, well they don't matter.

On Thursday night, Ong bear was talking about how he doesn't know whether to laugh or cry, and it seems like everyone echoed his sentiments when I saw you guys on Friday. Partings are such sweet sorrow, but we will always have the memories we made together. Please remember our Youth Day pact!

Seriously, from the bottom of my heart, this is the absolute truth. 2E5 '08, I love each and every one of you. I will never forget you. Thank you for being the most wonderful form class I could have ever gotten. I thank you for teaching me all of life's important lessons, and I hope we will always be in touch and never forget one another. I think it'll be so cool to meet up every year! I'm looking forward to next year's Youth Day already.

Regrets.

Hidden deep down inside within
What lies there that cannot be seen
but felt with your heart the heavy weight
a burden u muz carry,that cannot be repaid.
Just reflect on your actions,these past 2 years
how many hearts you accidentally pierced.
The markings will be left there for eternity
and it feels like godforsaken me.
so wad can u do to help heal these wounds
apologise and dun be stubborn like mules.
The slowest ever moving thing on earth
regret it is,make no rebirth.

Friends for life thats wad everyone wants
but getting them is wad some people cant
why is that so because they cant move on
to bear responsibility towards ppl they have pwned.
Just think 2 years,wad are the bad things you done
maybe curse someone or gave a great big punch
Its hard to utter but definitely worth to say
because once that happens regret wont stay.

These 2 years have been such great fun
but there were still hurtings that wont run
away from this memories,away from this class,
i urge you all to live up to your past.
if u hurt someone and u know it urself
juz go say sorry before u get engulfed.
by waves of agony and much much pain
as you realised it was worth no gain.
These last 2 months where we are still quite together
please apologise before its stained forever.
The bond we share shall never be forgotten
but the pain we bear too will always be a burden.

By the end of december with no regrets
everyone in 2e5 will be prepared
for the parting of ways i desperately dread
but with no regrets,a path showing "glad"

Treading on my wonderul memories in my mind
What an amazing experience that time had grant
One whole class,standing in one straight line

what's wrong with the world, mama?
everyone's in a we-are-gonna-die trauma.
oh, it's actually the last day of school.
everyone was like,waaaaa, boohoo.
why can't we just start anew?
because all of us are like bonded with glue.

later that Thursday night,
my heart was sobbing deep inside,
made my mood dull and down,
never thought that i could actually frown.

the weather really really affected and contributed
to my weary mood, like a prisoner who's going to be executed
was full of energy but felt very tired,
feelings inside me were mixed and stirred.

i......looked up the sky....
rolling my hands...over my eyes.
and i, settled in my bed,
with thoughts churning in my head...

those thoughts brought me into a flashback...
a grumpy me, stranded in zhonghua sec.
what the heck is a place like this?
the people were dead looking, as if they had disease!
the sch had a leaf on its ridiculous flag!
and they had a cow in an open grass patch!
why am i here? i rant and rant...
until i found myself in the orientation camp.

zzzzz.how freaking boring.
i kept to myself, don't feel like talking.
until i found guys in my class that were really quite interesting.
darren, the first i met, probably can't afford the uniform?
so he came in home clothes. how prompt.
eugene, the second i met, was throwing my bottle around,
i was like," you stupid malay, quit fooling around."

icebreaker wasn't really "icebreaker,"
it didn't really help to get to know my friends better,
just some game made by bored facilitators.
more and more people i knew through interaction.
it was then, i was happy to be a 2e5-ian!

Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade,
Ethanol Acid and Sodium Nitrate,
Newtons, Joules, Amperes and Ohms,
Volume and Surface area of a cone,
study study, studying is such a bother.
studying makes me wanna cow father cow mother.
teachers say learning is like a "treasure".

but then, my friends beside me are here!
we shared jokes and bursted in laughter!
would never forget ying zhi and his sinking ship keychain,
and our jokes that were very the lame,
huijun and her one-of-a-kind laughter,
or jinx's flirting techniques that made people go "eeyer".
singing chengjun's birthday song was then, a daily routine,
listening to phillip yeo's lessons can make your head spin.

to make my life in class better,
someone special made me noticed her.
lalala, hubba hubba hubba,
i shan't embarrass myself,
thus i'll stop here:)

soon after, bad things and conflicts begun.
what's wrong with you people, you son of a gun?
did you forgot our class spirit, one after one?
is there a need to breed hatred among everyone?
some became complacent, and chose to forsake,
their dear friends they had once made.
me too, committed a terrible mistake,
thus had to carry out Order 66, which is to break.

but do all good things come to an end?
no, not for 2e5's strong spirit! i must transcend.
everyone got together and are closer than they had ever been;
eventually we saw a heart full of friendship in each one, deep within.
there is no I, there is we. we were bonded as if i was everyone's next-of-kin.

doomsday, apocalypse, ahma the garden,
whatever you call it, this really is the end, i'm certain.
a bright flame, shimmering with all its might.
although it's just a small flame, a huge fire, it can ignite.
don't underestimate us, the class 2e5,
because we kill we slaughter and the least of all, we bite.

although we were no longer 2e5,
the class spirit in us will be etched in our minds.
no matter how scattered we are, how lost we might,
just raise that plastic fork in your hands,

Tribute.The future.

Looking back on our memories for two years,
2e5,what a miracle for us.
Imagine,if we had stepped into a different class,
your enjoyments would have not have consisted of any of us.
Imagine if Ms ling hadnt been our form teacher,
what would be the clique war's future?
If one of us was missing from this adventure,
It would be imperfect,a complete disaster.

The future holds things unknown to anyone
but its completely compulsory for everyone.
We only have the past to reflect on,the enjoyable times,
but the future hides on,like how this poem rhymes.
The inevitable,the unavoidable,
thats the future,the unexplainable.
Will we proceed,still on the same path?
spend together 4 years in the same class?
Will we be seperated,from our dearest friends,
and will we get,a teacher like ms ling then?

We completely dont know.This uncertainty.
Its wad make us,treasure this affinity.
2e5,was confirmed in 2007/2008.
wad will be of us,in 2018?
no one knows,no one cares,
cos all we can do now,is show our best.

cos all of us contributed in this plight.
If anyone was missing from this history,
wad would have happened would definately be gory.

So hold your heads high and walk towards the next year,
The past has equipped you,with happiness and tears.
All of us walk down the road of uncertainty as one.
Will we be together?our streaming is done,
our results would place us where we part.
the future cannot be changed,our results in the cards
but our feelings can as we realise whats ahead.
Theres no refund,we already paid.

Some of us will be in the same class,some will not,
but all of us has a place in each others heart,where they will not rot.
the 2e5 spirit,everyone here has,
it cannot be attained by something like a test.
It is shown from our past.
The unity we have as a class,will serve us well in the following task.
The parting of ways,by the end of december,
all of us have desires,glowing as brightly as embers.
If you have something left to say,
the future would not wait,so please more haste.

This is my last poem for you all,
before i end my final call.
Everyone please heed my advice,
for the future will not wait for the situation to spice,
when it wants to,it can end your dreams,
so make haste to fufill your pleas.

Tribute.My Friends.

What made 2e5 such a wonderful class
Was not wad we learned or not wad we asked.
Without my friends with their personalities.
School would be a boring listless activity

The first would be jon
The fatty bom bom.=XX
The cute tubby of the clique
wif the equation ass=heat

The second would be Tekkey
the cold-blooded Turkey.
He acts blur,retarded and accursed occasionally
but othertimes,hes a gd fren regardlessly.

The third is a god,the stupid Yingzhi
A laughing buddha wif great rocking yi zi's
Sometimes emo but otherwise happy
A great fren to have since he laughs so contaigously

The fourth is Eugene,the god of sex
a 100% blackie wif a damnhot body (=
A great monitor great enough to write 41 forms
just so we could enjoy our day ZOMG!

The fifth is a smallboy,a boy named jeffrey
he has matured but a pity not hairy.
The cs pro wif a name of drake
killing us is a piece of cake.

The sixth is kenan,the boy growing fast,
When he was just my shoulder level in the past.
This proves his maturity,along wif 2e5's
All of us mature together,like bees of a hive

The seventh is lydia,a smallgirl too
i have trouble seeing her and shes a bit cuckoo (=
But otherwise a bright cheery girl
as rare as a pearl =XX (i mean the height xPP)

The eighth is jessica,the EXTREMELY emokid.
but with a nice personality who never fails to fufill her deeds.
The monitress of our class but what a great example
Bringing psp to let us play DJMAX RUMBLE!

The ninth is huijun,the striaghtforward person
We so used to it its not even troublesome.
A really on girl with a nice nice personality
who always faces up to reality.

The tenth is CHANCHAN whos my best fren
But unfortunately gets owned bad in lan.
Her chubby face is the bestest to pinch
but after that she always nid to rinse =XX (oil)

The eleventh is chewbear,the #%#$ freak creator
all the robots,credits to this award winning darth vadar (=
Hes stupid antics never fail to entertain
so i wish u luck,your love live no more pain.

The twelveth person is ONG bear,the big big pillow
an extremely BIG but nonetheless kind fellow.
His fats are the most crazy thing ever,
squashing chew bear during P.E does not seem clever.

The thirteenth person is Camilla,the hair alot problem girl xPP
However,shes nice and cute and VERYVERY blur (=
Shes like a real sotong wif a humans body
Weijie would say WOAH COOL!we so lousy (=

The fourteenth person is Sheena Choo
Her trademark sneeze the imba kneeeCHOO!
Shes freaking clever but shes really horny (=
A girl who really should stop aiming at dickys. =XX

The fifteenth person is Zoey,Who loves her zack
Training to get her stupid 6 packs XDDD
But shivers who noes wad stuff she does...
Eating textbooks and staring at files.(god knows wads inside those files)

These fifteen people made my life way brighter,
like tiff chans house we all happy together.
As much as we want to stay like this forever,
Yesterdays the day when it ended,for better.

Wow... Just listen to the freaking song.
It is super duper uber saddening :((((( but it's ok it fits the mood.
When the year started and when we face all the class wars, clique wars and stuff like that.
I was wishing that the year end faster and faster. So that we all go our own way.
But at this very moment when things already worked out, i wish my wish didn't came true.
Everyone in this class was the only friends i made outside of my homeland :D, i really happy to have friends like you.
I just want to say that i've made lots of mistakes in the past and pissed everyone off, so i wanna say sorry to all those people that i hurt verbally, mentally....physically? :(
And hope that everyone shall have a bright future up ahead and friends that is as great as 2e5 people.
Please do not grief over this separation too much. It's hard to say goodbye to all the people you love and all your best friends, but look on the bright side : D even though we are not in the same class anymore but we still meet each other at school right? So as long as we are friends forever then it will all be ok! : D and rmb our promise to return every youth day to see each others and miss ling.
Hah! imagine we all married and sit in our old class room with kids running around and missling looks super old :D. it sure is fun right?

So everyone, i hope you will move on in life and hopefully our path shall cross one day 10 or 20 years down the road.

And to miss ling,
You are the best teacher i've seen so far in my entire life.
You are not just good at teaching us about lit, you teach us about life and how to be a good person and not forget to mention ( mahjong, sex, blablabla ) jkjk.
You also help us solve our problem, organize class gathering.
MOST IMPORTANT!!! you are the thing that hold us together.
Imagine not having you as our form teacher. How sucky could it be?
We all know that we are your 1st form class, so we hope that we will be your best and only form class : D

Tribute 2e5.

When we first walked into the school,
i thought a new class,how cool.
But once i saw so many faces,
I knew there would be many phases.
A familiar friend from primary school i saw
then more and more names i knew how to call.
A group of nine sitting at the back of the arrangement,
That caused the teachers predicament.

We all were noisy and laughed throughout
the boring schooldays we now have naught.
We thought 2 years it would be alot of time to get together
But then 2 years,it wouldnt last forever.
So i treasured them and wanted to be an organizer,
and yes indeed we had fun together.

The clique wars came and our new form teacher was troubled,
her first few days and this was wad we offered.
The new young teacher with a pretty face,
immedaitely got a disgusted taste.
But then on when our class finally settled,
The teacher too and we were finally united.
Now our clique around half the class
will never be a pain in the arse.

Yesterday,our last day of school.
a supposedly happy holiday,but it seemed so blue.
2 years in a flash had gone so fast,
the only thing we have is the past.
The memories are all embedded in our minds.
2e5 wad a wonderful time.

2e5.a toast to u.And now,it all ends.I treasured every single one of u.no regrets.JinX.

1st i have to thank miss Ling for being so nice to us because we were a total mess in the beginning of the year. we had cliques and class war all those stuffs and i remembered making miss ling so pissed off that she cried(i think). but we changed during the second year, changed for the better we know when to shut up and when miss ling is getting pissed. actually i didn't really like our class too but that was in the 1st year, being 2e5's monitoress for 1 year and a few months was really fun.i learned to love out class, we have to thank miss ling for changing us because without her there wouldn't be the REALLY VERY united 2e5 '08.

so thank you very much miss ling!!! we love you :)
and thank you 2e5 for making my 2 years in 2e5 a memorable one.
